PanoramaHouse is situated in Costa Tropical of Granada (The Tropical Coast) in southern Spain near Malaga and in between the two coastal cities Salobreña and Almuñecar. The summer residence is built in two levels with separate entrances and with a secure parking area for several cars. In connection with the upper level you will find an annex with a panorama ocean view over the Mediterranean both inside and outside.| Size: |

| Site: | The house is situated on a 1.177 m2 lot in several levels and completely undisturbed from neighbors. The gardens are beautifully planted with flowers, bushes and fruit trees

| Terraces: | a total of 200 m2 paved in terraces are spread out with a direct entrance to every apartment. The lower terrace is roofed. Both are with terrace furniture

| Distance to beach: | the villa is only 500 meters from the beach and a small walking path takes you directly from the villa down to the beach - by car, the drive is approximately 4 minutes |
| Distance to city: | Seven minutes by car to Almuñecar which has a big market day every Friday and 10 minutes to Salobreña with café life and the cozy, twisted mountain straits |
